How to apply
1 Register
2 Pay deposit
Once you have registered, you will be invited to make a 20% deposit payment to book your place on the programme.
3 English test
After paying the deposit, you will be sent a private link and deadline to take the English assessment online.
4 Confirmation
We’ll be in touch to discuss the results and allocate your place. You will also confirm your excursion options for the programme. Students at B1+ level will have an interview set at this stage.
5 Final payment
Pay the remainder of your fee by the date agreed at the “confirmation” stage, to secure your place.
6 Travel plans
Make your plans to travel to Rugby for the programme! RSSC does not run a visa service, but we can supply supporting visa letter.
Programme includes
All of our programmes include Full Board Accommodation, Academic Programme, Onsite Activity programme, Admin and Registration Fees and uniform elements (RSSC Tie and Polo shirt). Students will be required to pack a white or blue formal shirt to wear with their RSSC tie for formal dinners & assemblies.
The programme accepts individuals or small groups.
Rugby School Short Courses will provide transfers to and from the school via shuttle buses at scheduled times from selected airports. Private transfers can also be arranged but will be charged.

Fees
£5000 per two-week camp (14 nights) in 2026.

What’s Included
Transfers
- Shuttle service from/to all major London airports on arrivals and departure days.
Tuition
- 20 hours EAL tuition in level-streamed classes
- 16 hours tuition in mixed curriculum subjects, taught by Rugby School Teachers (or extended EAL lessons for students with lower level English)
- Small class sizes
- Certificate to take home and letter of recommendation for top students.
Accommodation
- On-site accommodation in single or multi-bed dorm bedrooms.
- 3 meals a day for on-site programme days.
- 4 Formal Dinner ceremonies with after dinner guest speakers.

- Daily afternoon activities and sports sessions.
